Seaside Plumbing’s Principles
Seaside Plumbing Inc. has been providing high quality plumbing and gas services in Delaware and Maryland at fair prices since 2003. As a business, and as individuals, we find very these principles important in our day-to-day endeavors.
Integrity
Many businesses talk about integrity, but at Seaside we try to live it. We make every effort to do what we say, within the timeframe we promise. We are less concerned with our bottom line and more concerned with what is right for our customers because ultimately our customers will dictate our success. We are not perfect and do make mistakes, but we can promise one thing – if we do make a mistake, we will admit it and fix it.
Compassion
Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, including our customers. We are lucky to live in such a tight knit community, and the old golden rule of treating others the way you would like to be treated can go a long way. We want you to feel like you are a part of our family and we understand that your time is just as important as ours.
Community
Like we said, we live in a great area and a very tight knit community. We strive to be an active member of our community, supporting various charity events and organizations throughout the year both monetarily and through volunteering. A few that are near and dear to us are Contractors for a Cause, Believe in Tomorrow & the Assateague Coastal Trust.
Sustainability
We live in a naturally beautiful area, and we would love for things to stay that way. As plumbers we are in a unique position to influence water usage and the materials we choose to install. We are also on a mission to eliminate all of the old water-guzzling toilets in people’s homes, so we’ve decided to give away 4 new EPA WaterSense certified toilets for free every year indefinitely.
Education
Ongoing education and training are very important parts of our company’s culture. Every member of our team has been trained both in the field and classroom to ensure that they have all of the tools needed to perform to the best of their abilities. As a member of Nexstar (a best practices group for tradesmen), we also have access to the BEST trainings available in our industry. Unlike most other companies within our industry, we do pre-employment and random drug testing with no exceptions.
